When does early access open?

We're onboarding in waves. Waitlist members are invited first, in the order they signed up.

How close are Auspa's results to ARGUS Enterprise?

On our engine benchmark suite, 252,267 of 252,272 output values (99.998%) match ARGUS Enterprise reference outputs. That suite covers debt, equity and waterfall calculations today; IRRs are compared within a convergence tolerance. We're verifying more calculation areas and will publish results as each one completes.

Can I import my existing models or rent rolls?

Yes. Rent rolls import from Excel and CSV, and migration tools for existing models are on the roadmap for early access.

What is the MCP add-on, and do I need it?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI assistants like Claude use Auspa directly. It's optional: the web app does everything on its own, and the add-on fits Auspa into workflows you already have.

Is my deal data private?

Your data is encrypted, access is permissioned per user, and we never use your deal data to train AI models.
